Return period

Non-returnable items

Refund process
You can return your purchased product within 14 days from the day you receive it from cargo, by applying to Turkeyanaplus.com within the scope of our Warranty-Exchange-Return Policy. Returns made without a return request will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the buyer. Will I pay shipping fee when returning my product?
